Our HR Speed Dial service means you have an HR consultant on call whenever you need one. There’s no limit to how often you contact us.  and, unlike with other HR services, you’re not tied in to a lengthy contract – should you wish to leave you simply need to give us one month’s notice.

One flat monthly fee includes access to our HR experts for services including policy, procedure and document creation; review, training, counseling for your supervisors and employees, and human resource advice and assistance.  We are always available by phone, email, and face to face as needed.

The HR Retainer Services  Program provides you with human resources expertise at a service level that is tailored to fit your business needs.  The program eliminates the ups and downs and surprises of traditional hourly billing and assures that there is no matter "too small" for proper review and handling.  Our HR team will become knowledgeable about your company, your industry and your unique operation.  It's like having a seasoned HR Director on staff - but for a fraction of the cost.
